This Personal Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) is issued by Novycom Digital Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202601024115 / 1686212-P) (“Novycom”, “we”, “us” or “our”) in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”). It describes how we process personal data and the rights available to you under the PDPA. This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
In the course of our business, we collect and process personal data that you provide to us directly, that is generated through your use of our Website and Services, or that we obtain from third parties. The categories of personal data we process are described in our Privacy Policy and may include your name, business contact details, company information, transaction records, and technical and usage data.

Please note that if you withdraw your consent or restrict processing, we may be unable to continue providing certain Services to you.
5. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of your rights, or to make an enquiry or complaint regarding your personal data, please contact us in writing at novycomdigital@gmail.com. We may require you to verify your identity and to provide further details to enable us to respond. We will respond to valid requests within the timeframes prescribed by the PDPA. A reasonable fee may apply to certain data access requests as permitted by law.
6. Consent
By providing your personal data to us and by using our Website and Services, you consent to the collection, use, processing and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with this Notice and our Privacy Policy. Where you provide us with personal data relating to third parties (such as your employees, customers or end-buyers), you confirm that you have obtained their consent or are otherwise entitled to provide that data to us for processing in accordance with this Notice.
7. Data Security and Retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, and we retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.
8. Conflict and Language
In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of this Notice and any translation, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by law.
